Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide with FedEx International Priority service.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Approximate delivery time: Europe - 1 business day, USA, Canada - 1-2 business days, Australia, Asia - 2-3 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive tracking number after your order is shipped.

How do I know that my order was shipped?

I will send you a shipping notification email.

Do I need to sign up for an account to shop at ancyshop.com?

No.

I didn’t receive my order. What to do now?

You have to receive your order 1-4 days after than your shipping notification email was sent. Please call FedEx with the tracking number that you received in e-mail.

Fees, taxes, duties

International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. We are not responsible for any additional charges that can arise during importing items from Ancyshop to your country.

Returns

Do you refund shipping costs?

I refund your original shipping cost, but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

How do I return an item?

If the item is not worn, you have 14 days from the purchase to replace or send them back. Before sending a product back be sure to read our refund policy and please connect us. To complete your return, you must email info@ancyshop.com with the subject line “Return Request” to receive a Return Number.
